Creating Epic from Backlog, the create screen does not remember which fields should be displayed

Description
The Create Epic dialog from Backlog allows configuring which fields are to be displayed. Unfortunately, these settings are forgotten the next time you want to create an epic.

Steps to reproduce

Create an Epic from the Backlog, set Configure fields> Show Fields to "All"

Actual Result

The field configuration is empty and "All" fields need to be selected again. Even the Required fields are not displayed on the Epic Create screen.

Expected Result

The next time user creates an Epic from Backlog, the previous Field configuration should be remembered on the Create screen.
