Custom fields are not displayed by default in Create Epic screen

Issue Summary

When creating an Epic through the Create Epic button of the Backlog page, custom fields are not displayed by default.

It provides us with the option to show the field by ticking it from a list of field options:

However, there's no option to show the field as a default for the screen. Thus, every time an epic needs to be created, the user needs to tick the field to show up on the create screen.

This is only applied for this screen, whereas for the other create screens, it works as expected.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a custom field
2. Associate it with the respective screens
3. Click on Create epic button of the Backlog page

Expected Results

Once the custom field is ticked to appear, it's expected to be shown as default for the next issues creation.

Actual Results

Custom fields disappear from the screen and the user needs to tick them again.

Workaround

Epic needs to be created by the + button on the left side to have the fields shown as it should.
