Problem Statement: To Prompt user when a specific value is selected in the field.

Requirement summary:

Need an option to display a prompt on screen to show a message when a specific value is selected in the field.

Example: Field type is a "Select List (single choice)" with many options in list. "Others" is one of the value. 

When any user select "Other" from the list, they should get a prompt on screen with message to specify their choice in "text" field. 

This is just one example. Customer may need to display this under different scenarios.
