Include a "soft-delete" in Jira, to mark issues as deleted but not delete them entirely from the database

      We would like to have a "soft-delete" option in Jira, where we would change the issue' status for deleted but not excluding them from Jira's database, this could be helpful for data lake applications such as Stitch where if an issue is deleted in Jira, the data in the lake would not be updated after the deletion.

            This is quite important for large Enterprises that are subject to stringent regulatory requirements regarding data retention.
