File Previewer doesn't play mp4 files properly. Only audio stream plays.

Issue Summary

After attaching an mp4 video file and reloading the page file preview shows the file as an audio file. Opening the mp4 video in the new issue view only plays the audio.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Initially, once the mp4 video is attached in the New issue view it has a video preview and it can be played without any issues, video, and audio.
2. Once you refresh the Chrome and Firefox browser, the new issue view preview of the attachment breaks. When you click to play the video only audio is played.

Expected Results

The new issue view preview of the attached mp4 file should show the video and play both audio and video when opened on.

Actual Results

The new issue view preview of the attachment is not available, once opened in the new issue view only audio is played.

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
