The ability to share the visibility of a filter or dashboards with Groups and Roles that I am not a member of

      Currently, to share a filter or dashboard with a specific group or project role, the user must be in that group or project role. This means that a user can not create shared items for a group or project role unless they are also in that group or project role.

       

      This functionality is now being worked on under JRACLOUD-15900
