"Create issue screen" is displayed in small size when using remote desktop

      Issue Summary

      "Create issue screen" is displayed in small size when using Jira via remote desktop. It also happens on Virtual environments like AWS workspace, Virtualbox. It needs to extra scroll to create an issue.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. login to Jira via remote desktop
      2. open issue create screen

      Expected Results

      The screen is shown correctly

      Actual Results

      The screen is displayed in a small size.

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
