"Last Issue Update" column does not populate data as expected.

      Problem :

      "Last Issue Update" column does not populate data as expected. It initially shows "No issues" until you toggle the sort button.

      Environment

      Cloud.

      Steps to Reproduce :

      1. Go to Jira settings>>Projects>>Manage Projects.
      2. The "Last Issue Update" Column shows "No issues" 

      Expected Results

      Must display the time an issue was lastly updated within a project.

      Actual Results

      Displays "No issues" in the column field

      Workaround

      Each time you login to the instance and navigate to "Manage Projects" Page, the Last issue Update column will show "No Issues" initially. To populate the data correctly, click on "Sort" buttons in the column.
