Issue Summary

When viewing the "Manage Projects" section of Jira Administration, the "Last issue update" column shows "No issues" for projects that have issues created. If ordering the results by "Last issue update" the values are retrieved and the dates are populated.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to Settings > Projects > Manage Projects
2. Check the column "Last issue update"
3. Try to reorder the results by Last Issue Update

Expected Results

The dates should be available without the need for any action

Actual Results

"No issues" is displayed for all projects

Workaround

1. Reorder the results by "Last issue updated" show view this information.
2. Refreshing the page also works
