Issue Summary

Currently, you can edit the name of "general" tab but the changes will not be reflected to the issue view screen in company managed projects.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to the issue screen setting page
2. Rename the "General" tab to "TEST"
3. Go to the issue view screen

Expected Results

The tab "TEST" is shown

Actual Results

The tab "General" is shown

Workaround

Create a now tab with the name "TEST" and move all fields from "General" to "TEST"
