Problem Definition
Currently, when webhook endpoints are setup, we cannot check if a webhook delivery failed via UI.
Suggested Solution
Add visibility to failed webhook delivery logs via UI.
Why this is important
This is important because non-technical users/owners of the webhooks do not have easy access when webhook delivery failed.
Workaround
The workaround is to create a Connect App that would register the webhook and periodically check the failed webhook queue via this GET API command.
