I want to create a workflow that requires an approval, much like the option in Service projects. (https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-management-cloud/docs/add-an-approval-to-a-workflow/)

I have tried manipulating my Software workflow with Triggers and Conditions, but nothing seems to allow me to add a simple (X needs to approve before changing to next status) Approval.

JRACLOUD-62156 The Approve feature is requested in JIRA SOFTWARE while user is creating any workflow. If approver is selected then the system will prompt the respective approver for their approval when a task reaches that status in the workflow.
