      Issue Summary

      When trying to pin the knowledge base suggestions to the top, we get a positive message but no result.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Open a ticket in a project that has a knowledge base
      2. Pin the knowledge base

      Expected Results

      The knowledge base shows at the top of all fields

      Actual Results

      The knowledge base continues to show in the bottom of the fields.

      The below exception is thrown in the xxxxxxx.log file:
