When trying to pin the knowledge base suggestions to the top, we get a positive message but no result.
Steps to Reproduce
- Open a ticket in a project that has a knowledge base
- Pin the knowledge base
The knowledge base shows at the top of all fields
The knowledge base continues to show in the bottom of the fields.
The below exception is thrown in the xxxxxxx.log file:
Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
