Description
Issue Summary
Having an ampersand "&" in the JQL of a Count in a Filter Count gadget breaks functionality
Steps to Reproduce
- Add a Filter Count to your dashboard.
- Set it to any filter or project and
- Add a Count, setting the JQL that includes a field value that includes an ampersand.
- Save changes, you will see the count value appear in the gadget.
- Press/Click over the Count number
Expected Results
The user is redirected to the Advanced issue search with the gadget JQL + Count JQL indicated and the issues listed/shown.
Actual Results
The user is redirected to the Advanced issue search but left with a broken JQL, breaking at the point of the Count JQL where there is an ampersand. As shown in this video, this seems to be a URL encoding problem as replacing "&" with "%26" (the URL-encoded value for "&") will give the expected result when Clicking/pressing over the count value but it will break the actual count shown (so it is not suitable as a workaround):

Workaround
Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
