Ability to hide fields when empty in the middle section and tabs without moving to the right panel

Ability to hide field when empty into the middle of the issue view, as a description field without moving to the right panel.

Besides, as a user, I'd like to hide fields when empty under all tabs. Follows an example of an option that might be great to include under the issue layout from the General tab. Click here to open the idea's example. However, note that this suggestion should be replicated for each TAB.
