      Assignee icon disappears from parent sub-task on new issue view(same behavior in Next-gen projects).

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create an issue
      2. Create sub-tasks below this issue
      3. Assign the sub-tasks to someone
      4. Go to the parent
      5. Refresh the page
