- The organisation level Audit Log does not track when the Site Access > User Invite options are enabled or disabled, being impossible to trace which JIRA admins may have accidentally allowed invites.
Suggested solution:
- Register at the site's audit log the enable/disable events for User Invite option, and add the User Account responsible for the action.
