Activity Stream Gadget - Username Filter doesn't work with special characters.

      Description

      The only information the filter seems to accept is the user ID. if the same contains special characters, like ":" from old IDs, the search doesn't bring any results.

      Steps to reproduce

      1. Add Activity Stream to a dashboard
      2. Add a filter
      3. Select Username is <userID>

      Workaround

      No workaround known at this moment.
