Enable User Picker for Username filter on Activity Stream Gadget

      As a user, I'd like to have a more intuitive way to select the users for this gadget filter. Seems it only supports user ID and has some inherited problems.

            As far as I can tell, since this change has effectively broken the ability to filter by a specific users activity.

            This was less user friendly before with the old username method but at least it would display all of the person's activity.

            For example, I previously had an Activity Stream which filtered only by my username. It displayed all of my activity.

            Now, when I filter by Account ID, I only see seemingly random bits of my activity. 

            If I go through an unfiltered Activity Stream all of the info is in there but that is a major pain to go through the entire team to find specific information.

            User Picker is now rolled out.

            In Configuration, we can select "Account ID", then type and select user from the dropdown list. See screenshot:
