Problem summary

In its current state, the Request Participants amongst other Jira Service Management specific fields are restricted to Service Management projects and cannot be used in other project types such as Business and Software.

Proposed solution

Allow this field to also be used in Business and Software projects, or at least prevent it from being added to screens associated with these project types, as that causes unexpected behaviour.
