      Problem summary

In its current state, the Request Participants amongst other Jira Service Management specific fields are restricted to Service Management projects and cannot be used in other project types such as Business and Software.

When attempting to use the field in a non Service Management project you will get the following error:

Search failed. Try reloading the issue.

      Proposed solution

Allow this field to be also be used in Business and Software projects or at least not allow this field to be added to screens associated with Business or Software project types.

Please stop arbitrarily tying functionality to different "flavors" of Jira. I would disagree with the premise entirely, but even if I didn't, you're just not good at deciding what should live where. Do people not participate in JS or JWM projects such that we might need to see this information?
