Issue Summary

Pasting an image when Creating an issue (using the "Create" button) also pastes the issue into an open issue being edited prior to the new ticket.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Edit the description of a ticket (stay in edit mode)
2.  Click "Create" to start a new ticket. Modal appears.
3. In the desc. of the new ticket, paste a screenshot.

Expected Results

The paste should only be attached to the new/most recent modal (the "create" ticket), not both.

Actual Results

It gets pasted into both tickets' descriptions - the create dialog AND the description field of the issue behind the dialog.
