Please keep the comments in Jira as they were. The change of order is far too confusing, especially when people reference a comment "above" (Are they a time traveller?)

If it must stay fix these things:

• One setting to rule them all, not a per-ticket configuration
• Default configuration is as it was (oldest on top)
• Fix the bug when ordering them oldest on top it should load the comments correctly. It will load the first comments, rather than the most recent

Basically, put it back.
