      Problem Definition

      In some cases, there is a need to add HTML links to issue fields via clipboard that is not supported in the new issue view. 

      Example: <a href="https://random.com">Some Link</a>

      Suggestion

      Allow HTML Hyperlinks copied from clipboard to be rendered in the new issue view along with Markdown format for the new View.
