Display workflow transition name in case it's different from Status name

Description

At this time New Issue View does not display the transition name in case the user has only one transition available to perform.

Use case

The user has two transitions, but one of them has a condition that only users in a specific role are able to perform. In that case, instead of seeing the "Transition + Status name" the users are only going to see the "Status" name.

Suggested Resolution

Display transition name in case the transition and status name are not the same. It would be nice to have this information so the users can have a better understanding of what that transition means like "Canceling" a ticket or set as "Resolved".
