Default project selected is different when creating new Issue and switching between tabs

      Problem

      When shifting from one project to another using different tabs, the create screen does not update the project to the current one. It takes the default project that was last seen (or loaded in the web browser better said).

      Suggested Solution

      Auto refresh when creating a new issue or if the user is in one of the functions or settings of a specific project, show that project already selected in the issue creation dialog.

      Why This Is Important

      There is a high tendency for users to create issues in the wrong project, if the screen does not auto refresh when creating a new issue.
