The project name should not be changed if we switch between projects in browser tabs.

For example - when we open project B in a separate web tab (and not viewing that tab), and if we try to open a ticket from the previous tab itself, in the project list dropdown, project B comes as the first.

The above example shows the expected behavior, however, switching between two browser windows and creating issues from two different contexts should behave based on their context.
