Summary

Currently, thew new issue view won't accept decimal values in number fields with comma.

That might make the values harder to be read when they are at the "thousands" and onwards.

Suggestion

Provide the ability to use a comma separator inside number fields in the new view.

Be that by default, or by offering an option to turn that setting on and off.
