Issue Summary
When using the "average time in status" gadget with the dashboard, we see that the graph is generated incorrectly returning the issues that were not in resolved state. Ideally, the gadget should only retrieve the issue that are in resolved state.
Steps to Reproduce
- Create a project where different issuetypes have different workflows.
- Use a filter with only this project and use this filter in the Average Time In Status gadget OR use this project.
- Select a status which is not common among all the issuetypes in the project.
- The result shown is incorrect wherein the chart is unable to determine the resolution status of those issuetypes that don't use the selected status in the workflow.
Expected Results
The gadget should result only those issues that were resolved.
Actual Results
We see issues that were never resolved and we do not see all issues that were in unresolved state.
Workaround
Ensure that the filter includes a specific issue type to get accurate results
