Issue Summary

When adding the Parent field in a dashboard gadget and clicking on the column header to order by this field, the results won't change order unless the filter itself is set to order by parent.
This was tested with a filter that includes next-gen issues only.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a filter and order it by created
2. Create a dashboard with a gadget that uses the filter from step 1
3. Add the Parent field in the dashboard gadget
4. Try to order the results by the Parent field

Expected Results

Results should be ordered by any of the available columns by clicking on the headers

Actual Results

Clicking on the Parent header makes no difference unless the JQL filter itself is ordered by this field

Workaround

Add ORDER BY parent in the JQL filter
