Create sub-tasks popup screen on New Issue View

    Description

      On Old Issue View, if we click on Create a sub-task, a popup screen is shown and we have the ability to set more than just the summary for the sub-tasks.

      While in the New Issue View, we can only set the Summary for each sub-task and then have to click on each one of them and apply the other necessary fields.

      It would be great to have that feature added to the New Issue View, besides the option we already have.
