      Issue Summary

      The Assigned to Me gadget is displaying tickets that are resolved (have a resolution), but it should only display tickets that are unresolved:

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create a dashboard and add the Assigned to Me gadget
      2. Create an issue and add a resolution to it, without relating the issue to a status with the category Done

      Expected Results

      The issue isn't displayed at the Assigned to Me gadget because it has a resolution.

      Actual Results

      The issue is displayed at the Assigned to Me gadget, and it will stop displaying if you transition it to a status with the category Done (the green ones).

      Workaround

      • Use the Filter results gadget to display the information.

      OR

      • Transition the ticket to a status of the category Done. (not the most recommend, because when the bug is fixed this won't be a valid solution, as the resolution shall be the source of truth)
