Show required field indicator in new issue view

Currently, the new issue view doesn't indicate which fields are required (e.g., using a red asterisk like * or having (Required)).

It would be nice if something this was added to the new issue view so that users can easily see when a field is required so that they can populate the field with data before trying to proceed with the ticket.
