Shortcuts no longer work in the Issue navigator for list view in the new view

Issue Summary

Most Issue actions keyboard shortcuts do not work with the new Issue view in the Issue navigator in the list view.

This includes the essentials:

• l: Label issue
• i: Assign to me
• a: Assign issue
• m: Comment on issue
• e: Edit issue

Steps to Reproduce

1. Enable New Jira issue view in your Personal settings
2. In the Issue navigator, switch to a list view (keyboard shortcut "t")
3. Click on an issue to highlight it and hit "l" on your keyboard

Expected Results

This should trigger the Label issue function

Actual Results

Nothing happens

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior other than disabling the New Jira issue view. A workaround will be added here when available
