Ability to customise fields position on issue view screen e.g. Move Reporter field

      At the moment it is not possible to change the position of fields for example Reporter or Issue link etc from the right side of the screen to the top left side of the screen.

      It will be nice to able to position the field anywhere I wish on the screen.
