At the moment it is not possible to change the position of fields for example Reporter or Issue link etc from the right side of the screen to the top left side of the screen.
It will be nice to able to position the field anywhere I wish on the screen.

It is possible to move the Reporter field from the right-column:
The Issue links section appears in the main area too. Could the watchers of this issue clarify which other fields they wish to move?
