Audit logging for dashboards and dashboard gadgets

      Currently gadget deletion/addition, aren't logged in the Jira cloud application audit log.

      Adding the audit log feature for dashboard gadgets would be helpful to track them and re-create them if accidentally deleted.

      Also, log who deleted a dashboard in Jira's audit log.
