Issue Summary

If the permission scheme allows anonymous access to the project, when accessing the project anonymously the issue navigator keep refreshing all the time if we select a different issue.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Edit the permission scheme of the project adding the group Public to the Browse Project project permission.
2. Open an incognito window and access <name_of_instace>.atlassian.net/browse/<pkey>
3. Select a different issue on the issue navigator

Expected Results

The issue should be loaded

The page loads very slow and it keeps refreshing. See the video below:

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
