Change the date format of the Date Picker custom field for specific projects

    Description

      Currently, changing the date format of the data picker custom field(for example:as dd/mm/yyyy or yyyy/mm/dd) is available as a global config for jira and not project specific.
      We would like to have this feature as project specific as well.
