Unable to perform bulk edit operations

      Issue Summary

      When doing a bulk update for and clicking on edit issue.
      It will show error :
      Unavailable Actions

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Do a search in filter navigator
      2. Click on (...) > Bulk change all
      3. Choose the issues and click on next
      4. Click on edit issues and next

      Expected Results

      Show the list of actions to do bulk edit

      Actual Results

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available.
