Issue Summary
When doing a bulk update for and clicking on edit issue.
It will show error :

Steps to Reproduce
- Do a search in filter navigator
- Click on (...) > Bulk change all
- Choose the issues and click on next
- Click on edit issues and next
Expected Results
Show the list of actions to do bulk edit
