Empty dates are being set to 2/18/1993 in Jira fields on the VSCode integration

Issue Summary

When having date field empty in Jira, opening them in the VSCode plugin, dates are set to 2/18/1993.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create an issue in Jira and have at least one date field empty;
2. Open the issue in VSCode having the integration properly configured;

Expected Results

For empty date custom fields, the dates will appear empty as well in VSCode.

Actual Results

For empty date custom fields, the dates appear to a default of 2/18/1993.

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
