Option to change the landing page to dashboard in Jira Cloud.

      Currently when accessing Jira in new navigation, it takes directly to a previously visited dashboard.

      In this case, user has to click on three dots and then click on view all dashboards to view the list of all dashboards.

      User should be navigated to the view all dashboards directly.
