Menu from the JQL query on the Advanced issue search page floats on top of navigation

      Issue Summary

The type ahead menu from the advanced issue search experience floats on top of the global horizontal navigation.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Navigate to issues and filters
      2. Switch to advanced search
      3. Start typing to trigger type-ahead search of something like issueType
      4. Note windows scrolls up...
      5. Select your entry from type-ahead list
      6. Note that advanced search query is not visible; it is now hidden behind the top-nav bar
      7. Scroll page down to access the query

      Expected Results

Type-ahead menu should not float above the global horizontal navigation.

      Actual Results

Type-ahead menu floats above the global horizontal navigation.

      Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available

Thanks for working on this issue!

Please note that the issue is worsened when using screen accessibility features, such as setting the screen default zoom higher than 100% for MS Windows systems.
