Domain enabled signup is triggered in 3 flows:

Site access settings
Invite users
on-boarding (Confluence and Jira)

It is important for Site-admins to know:

How domain enabled
Which administrator enabled it
When it was enabled

Expected Results

To be able to see How, When and Who enabled the domain in the Audit log

Actual Results

No record in the audit log
