      Issue Summary

      Domain enabled signup is triggered in 3 flows: 

      1. Site access settings
      2. Invite users 
      3. on-boarding (Confluence and Jira)

       
      It is important for Site-admins to know:

      • How domain enabled
      • Which administrator enabled it
      • When it was enabled

      Expected Results

      To be able to see How, When and Who enabled the domain in the Audit log

      Actual Results

      No record in the audit log
