Issue Summary

When an mp3/mp4 file is attached to a comment, it is downloading automatically every time you open the issue. 

Steps to Reproduce

1. Access an issue using new issue view
2. Start inserting a comment
3. Drag and drop a .mp3/.mp4 file to this comment
4. Save the comment
5. Open the issue in Chrome

Expected Results

Normal navigation,

Actual Results

The mp3/mp4 file is downloaded. 

Workaround

There is no workaround.
