Ability to identify which user changed the ProjectEmail

      • There isn't any indication/logs on who performed the changes to ProjectEmail in the project settings. Eg:
        • /plugins/servlet/project-config/<project_key>/notifications

      Suggestion:

      • To include the event in the Audit log and identify which user performed the changes
