Issue Summary

The top part of the issue view is missing if viewing the issue from Filter List View.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Toggle to the New Navigation
2. Open a Filter
3. Change from Detail View to List View
4. Click on an issue to open issue view

Expected Results

To be able to see the Project name, Filter name, Issue link, See the old view and ... for more Actions.

Actual Results

The top part of the issue details is not visible.

In old navigation sometimes the text is cropped or missing completely.

View issue from Filter Detail View
