Ability to disable app requests for site-admins

      In Jira, there is a new feature which allows end users to request for apps to site admins. However , for some customers it may not be ideal to allow end users to request.

      Please give the option to Site-admins to disable these app requests.

      Note:The option stated in the document to disable is currently not available.
