Issue Summary

Users can use the @mention feature for a team on New Issue view but it does not work for Old Issue View 

Steps to Reproduce

1. View an issue in New issue view and use the @mention feature 
2. In the comments, Attempt to search for a team you know
3. Once you've found a team, switch to Old Issue View
4. Repeat the same step 1 and 2

Expected Results

Be able to mention  teams

Actual Results

Unable to find any teams 

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
