Start Date not translated to Polski

Issue Summary

When changed Account preferences to Polski, the field Start Date is not translated to Polski

Steps to Reproduce

1. Change your preferred language from English to Polski
2. Create an issue with a Start Date 

Expected Results

Start date is translated to Polski

Actual Results

Start Date is not translated to Polski and remains in English.

Workaround

• Create a custom field called 시작일 as a Date Picker
• You may need to copy the Start date to 시작일 on your existing ticket using CSV export import
• Create single project automation ( otherwise, you will run out of execution limits if you are on the Standard plan)
• The automation to check each time the value of 시작일 changes to update the Start date field 
• Add 시작일 to the screens instead of the Start date

I kept the Start date on the screen to make sure it is updating correctly for testing purposes.
