Summary:
Currently, when Site access settings are changed, there's no way to notify other site admins who made the change or when it was made.
Suggestion
Provide the ability to notify other site admins when what, or who made changes to the site access settings such as adding domains as approved domains. A simple email notification would provide users with the ability to keep track of changes being made to their instance.
